Below is a Point & Figure Chart for JBL. Yesterday, I mentioned that we were
at a key point with the sitting at $36. I mentioned that a price rise to $37
would be a double-top break, and a bullish signal. Well, that's what we got.
Now we're up against another line of resistance. See that descending line of
asterisks? That's called the BRL. Without me going into a lecture of exactly
what it means, I'll just say that it's another important line of resistance and
if it can be broken (which would happen if the stock can hit $40, that is another
bullish signal for the stock. That's what we should be looking for.
Point and Figure Charting is great. It's so easy to see this stuff. I highly
recommend to anyone that might be interested in using TA to back up their stock
screening?give P&F a try. It's done wonders for my stock trading.
