Art, you shouldn't use the one time gain in the PE computation. However, the gain does flow right through to book value and increases it by approx 25%. All in all, I thought it was a tremendous call. We are only meeting 60% of the demand because of capacity constraints (there is a downside to this as it allows competition potentially to make share gains) and Eli said their goals are comparable sequential growth for the rest of the year. I figure that if he tells analysts that then it is almost a done deal and Aus' 40% gains are not out of the realm of possibilities. Happy Passover to all who celebrate. Jay
