johnd -- I certainly hope you are correct! The only way to move up is on huge news (although it will take little bad news to keep it down). Those 'targets' have been out before and for some time. IMO there will be nothing great sustained until they are free from the uncertainties of the DoJ. I also look for it to get slapped down when Jackson sets the 'remedies'. That may be the dip to add on,,
