Michael,

I spoke to Steven Dawson this afternoon. He said they have not yet decided which firm will be conducting the independant audit, and that they have not yet set a date for the work to begin.

As per your question regarding conducting metallurgical test on their ore, he said that it is "too early at this stage, as we are still exploring the property...". However, he told me that Mineros Nacionales (of which GRM owns approx. 48%) has been mining and testing the underground mine at Marmato, which is beneath the region that GRM is exploring. He said they are currently able to recover: 95% of the gold and 50% of the silver in their testing, and that GRM believes they will get about the same recovery rates.

That's all for now.

Regards,

Phil
