Here's an X-Cal press release from last week that I forgot to post.
Also, if you are looking at base metals, BWR is looking cheap. They have just purchased two zinc mines in Quebec from Cambior and an excellent looking non-producing property in Algeria. They are now the 7th largest (I think) western zinc producer.

Project Presentations for Europe
X-Cal Resources Ltd. has engaged the services of David Williamson Associates Limited of London, England to assist with presentations of our gold projects to be held in London, Paris, and Geneva in May of this year.
The announcement that title to the Sleeper Gold Project located in Humboldt County, Nevada, will be consolidated 100% with X-Cal Resources Ltd. was an important step forward for the Company (see news release dated March 14, 2000).
The 20,000 acre Sleeper Gold Project covers one of the highest grade gold systems known to exist in the State of Nevada. Upcoming drilling will focus on adding to the present resource base. Assembly of the land package and documentation of the mineral system and resources within it are the result of several years of work by X-Cal Resources Ltd. The potential of the Sleeper mineral system to deliver new reserves from new gold deposits over an extended period of time is excellent.
Nevada and specifically Humboldt County, Nevada, are essential areas for the world?s largest gold companies who have invested substantially in infrastructure to support large scale mining and necessary ongoing reserve replacement.
The presentations will be a welcome opportunity to revisit shareholders who have been instrumental in the growth of X-Cal Resources Ltd. and also to familiarize other investors and analysts with the details of our gold projects. |
