THEY CUT OFF MY LEVEL II, RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY! I WAS BUYING STOCKS ON 15 MIN DELAY.... THIS COST ME $2K WHEN I BOUGHT KANA BASED @ PRICES THAT WERE ON DELAY !!! (I had to have a credit card cancelled and changed.....so when i asked in chat why i had lost Levell II, they advised me of this problem. But what did they do in the meantime? They cut off Levell II, without notification, in the middle of the day!! So then in the middle of the trade, once i found out this ws the situation, had to take time to log in the new card number, reboot, and resume the trade....<ggggg> The service doesn't get any better than that! You would think that someone in the office could have taken the time to call and got this straitened out before the market opened???<GGG>!!Doesn't get any better than that. Told me in Chat, that they had an e-mail problem. Wonderful! DO YOU THINK THAT IT MIGHT BE , THAT THEY DON'T WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY ON A SIMPLE PHONE CALL???? This company makes me laugh....
