i say shame on the auditing firm....were they asleep at the wheel for three years or what? lousy accounting in-house is one thing, but big bucks are spent on auditors who signed the statements every year. to continue with the wrong accounting firm was the biggest mistake in my opinion. now that's been changed, maybe orb can move one.

price capitulation may have not occurred yet, but when ML downgrades it, you know you're close. after all, an ML downgrade usually can be a contrarian indicator.
