That's because it is, IMHO. [ . . . referencing a takeover . . . ] I tend to agree. Fortunately, we still will get a prize out of this cracker jack box - Global Center. That is enough for me. A quick run on the takeover, and longer term value built via the centers. I have finally come to terms with the enevitable. And with some relief, the current market decline has allowed me to uncover two other stocks that will help me buy that valley I rant about. Oh, I almost forgot . . . I know how to value the centers with reasonable ONGOING accuracy - as does the street. The group of fabulous and synergistic assets that GBLX represents will no longer be a barrier to understanding it's true value - at least for numbskull analysts that litter the wasteland of securities analysis.
