That's exactly it, very limited downside. This is a Nasdaq listed stock, that basically just got taken over by a multi-billion dollar company. But some underwriter recommends his own stock Webvan, and it gains 30%? Just doesn't make sense to me. Nobody wants to admit that PPOD pulled something off here (and I'm not a big fan of PPOD management.) They all wanted to see it tank. Oh well.
