Dear gruetz: Your question was addressed to Robert Sheldon, which is a good person to attempt to answer it. As to myself, I dont have an answer. I remain suspicious of the language in the IPO, especially talk of a SWAP of stock. Until it becomes more clear to me as to what this company is up to I dont intend to add to my position. I am not speaking of the buildout of the system but the stratagy moves regarding ownership. JDN
