Zoltan, There is little reason to do other spinoffs given the growth rates of the remaining components. I read that the enterprise group actually had a negative 8% growth (though another article indicated +8% so I need to check as well). Either way, it is slooooow growth and is better to flounder off on its own. I will not hold any of the spinoff. The remaining pieces of LU are doing very well and are just entering a phase of massive international growth. tp
