<<Watch IARC - at my broker it is not marginable. Also take a look at the chart.

Since KG4 first mentioned it, with what I took to be a strong endorsement, it dropped from 23 to where it is now.

Note - this was before the recent selloffs.

Best,
Jeff Smith>>

Jeff, First of all, if you bought this on my recomendation without doing your own DD, then you are a fool and have nobody to blame but yourself. Secondly, If you bought this stock for the short term, then you are a fool and should know better then to buy any speculative issue, at a high, for the short term. This stock wen't from .68 cents to $28. It then got whacked, just like the rest of the market and went back to $5 this past monday. It is now above $10. If you were foolish enough to buy this company after a 4000% runup, for the short term, again, you are a fool.

You claim I gave a strong endorsement. Well, yes, I do happen to like the company, but I guarantee I told you it was speculative, to do your own DD, do not rely and what I say and etc, etc...I also told you this stock could go to $5 as easily as it goes to $50 and not to but this for the short term. I am sorry you seem upset, but frankly you have noone to blame but yourself. I bought this company because I like what I see and I think their technology is the $hit and because I think it has a great chance to appreciate. Why did you buy the company ??? If you bought the company for any other reason, then you are nothing but a fool....and a fool that looks like they are trying to pass the blame. I assume as a porch member you are not an idiot. Certainly, we all take responsibility for our own actions. I am not running around and blaming anybody that I bought elon at $108 or rnwk at $80 and etc, etc....My gosh, I remember Tom and a few others extremely high on rnwk and elon, telling folks it's a screaming buy. Well, anybody that bought and got burned, cannot blame anybody but themslef, including me. We buy, hopefully for the right reasons. If you bought IARC without knowing who and what they are, and what they have going on, then you are a foolish investor. Worse, if you bought without doing DD after a 4000% rise and then sold after a 2500% drop, then you are even more of a fool.

Regardless, of all this...I happen to like the company, so I own it. I recommend anybody that buys anything, buys it for the right reasons.

Lastly, I find it interesting that I took more of a hit on stocks such as cmgi, cree, elon, and etc, etc, then I did on iarc. Additionally, I find it interesting that while most of those brand names have come back just a tad, IARC has gone up 100% since it hit it's low last week. I bottom shopped on alot of stuff.....about even on the additional cmgi I picked up...ditto with rnwk. Down on a few others. But IARC has given me 100% since I bottom fished it. What will tomorrow bring ??? I have no idea. Maybe up, maybe down...only time will tell.

Lastly, I really didnt mind that you were warning that guy to watch IARC...In fact, he should check it out very carefully, just as I told him to. One thing about IARC, I may mention it, and I may say I like it, and I may say I think it has good things in store, but I draw the line right there. I do not hype it, nor do I push it. I have been VERY familiar with this company for years...I know all the up's and down's...the last thing I will do is push or hype the stock. If I mention it, I make sure to mention that although I like it, I have no idea of knowing what will happen with stock price, and that you should buy after doing proper DD. So, I didnt mind you warning Joel to watch it....I did however not like the tone and implication(s) in your post. You need to buy and sell for the right reasons and take responsibility for whatever you do. I like IARC, and therfor I own IARC......I dont know what your deal is, and frankly do not care.

My apologies to other porch members for the tone of this...I just find it sickening to see others try and push the blame away from themsleves for their own actions. There are alot of buy and sell rec's thrown around on here. I have lost alot of money buying some of them and they came from the most well respected folks on the porch. But I blame nobody but myself because I did not buy based on somebodies rec.......the recomendation is just one reason of many I buy or sell. I happen to like rnwk and elon...it didnt hurt that V was pushing them saying they were going higher......., but he is not to blame that I took a beating. Only I am, and I think you are a coward for not taking responsibility for your own actions.
