I believe the market has already factored in the unlikelihood of a breakup. Again it's just my opinion but the real unknown now is what damage will be inflicted by the scores of private suits, and over how long a time period. The mere fact that MSFT lost this case implies the answer to the last question is "years". The first question is impossible to answer (I've seen the figure $7 billion in the press, but their guess isn't any better than ours, eh?).
