On your website, you are promoting direct order entry to Instinet (INCA). This has been discussed for a long time. In CyberX, "Direct -> ECN INCA" is listed as a routing option. When you try to use it, you receive a message, "INCA is disabled".

I am becoming increasingly frustrated by the lack of INCA routing.

Is INCA routing in place now? Is it is limited to CyberTrader? When will CyberX users have access to INCA?
