I agree that SME's target market may not be Walmart/Kmart, but they
must price their merchandise so as to be competitive with stores in
their sales areas. I generally can go to Lechmere and beat SME's price.
Also, if SME does beat Lechmere's price then I can go to Lechmere and
get 110% of the difference.

Don't get me wrong, I'm certainly looking for SME to turn things around.
However, its an increasingly competitive world out there! Lets hope for
some good news by year end.
