Lack of NYSE backup

While we can all understand that Cyber does not have
control over ABN Amro's problems, it is certainly amazing
that they maintain no backup relationships. Had nobody
given thought to this? Given the number of ECN's and backup
lines to those you would think NYSE would have been taken
care of too. Many good opportunities have been left
behind today.
