Joe, I hope to see Pixar's short term earnings come in
around 40-50 cents for the current quarter since the bulk of
"Toy Story's" revenue will be absorbed in this quarter. I am hoping
to see quarterly earnings in the 20-30 cent range per share until
the release of "Bugs". I expect these earnings to come from "Toy Story" related products, but I am not sure how much Pixar is going to make off of these. I understand that Disney is slated to get the lion's share of any profits from "Toy Story" merchandise.

At an expected $.90 to $1.20 eps for the year, I think we should see
Pixar trade with a P/E in the 20-30 range, i.e. $18 to $36 a share.
However, if Pixar becomes a hot stock and attains valuations like
Netscape or Iomega we will see the stock price shoot above $100.
