H, I haven't reviewed SIL recently however I though ML was placing new shares with warrants in a upcomming secondary. Seemed like a good deal, sell the stock in the aftermarket and hang onto the warrrants that expire in 2002 or 2003 after production (and earnings) begins. mad2
