I saw something pretty rare In TIBX this morning, It opened
higher and then traded up on down with a flat bottom just
below 62, the upside range would change in each 5 minute
interval but the lows stayed the same and this happened for
over 2 hours.

I wonder if there was an insitutional order to buy just under 62, very interesting.
