Are there different degrees of exclusive? mode.net claims to use ePAC also. I don't believe an Exclusive Agreements is in the best interest of EDIG unless these parties are ranked as number one, two, or three in the area of providing downloadable music. I believe, for the benefit of EDIG, as many download sites as possible should have access to ePAC in order to encourage as many people as possible to buy an ePAC portable digital music player.
