Case in point is...you. To believe in God is in part a heart felt confirmation that what is revealed through a body of scripture is true and provides a foundation for your outlook on the life experience. I suspect you have another definition for fundamentalist religion that includes more political posturing on the part of religious people. What is your definition for fundamentalist religion?
