no. i'm giving you a possible target for wave 3 on the Dow.

of course i'm speaking in jest. various well-informed people have let it be known that the Dow is headed to anywhere from 36K to 400K in the next few years. it stands to reason therefore that it will reach 14-16 K in the next few months.

you know, the permanently high plateau...
