George: Regarding your op-ed piece in the April, 19 WSJ: My guess is that there really is nothing wrong with our disclosure laws. The real "problem" (which is now in the process of being remedied, BTW) is that we have too many people trading serious money with absolutely ZERO real information about the stuff they own. This is the root cause of any perceived market "inefficiency", IMO, not the lack of knowledge on the part of true investors. The mo-mo types (of which there are millions) buy because it's going up and sell because it's going down. End of story. Charlie Smith
