coner, they have been sued, are in default and a motion to change venue will be addressed at the April 26th hearing. Nevada is the proper venue, so, imo, the motion will be denied and Amazon will seek to get the defaults entered and injunctive relief.

April 26th is the hearing date for the defendants in the defamation case. They are in default. Janice has a pro se motion to change venue. It will no doubt be denied since Nevada is the proper venue and it appears a default will be entered against the defendants then.
