I see someone is trying to unload their TEE. If they were smart, they would hang on until the dividend is announced and then let it run before starting the selling. Maybe they have so many shares that they will do some more serious selling after the dividend is announced. I imagine they will announce it onMonday or Tuesday.

David,
From what I can understand on the TEE message boards, a lot of people think they milk the courses and would rather have a pro who can sell more merchandise than give lessons, etc. The are cheap with the maintenance also. That aside, their revenues and earnings are growing, with FFO growing nearly 10% a year. At these prices, this is a tremendous bargain with a pretty reasonable shot at maintaining 7% or more growth on top of the 9% plus dividend. I would like to see a board require that AGC run the properties up to a certain level or lose the contracts. I still think there will be many more boomers playing golf in the next 5 years.
Richard

p.s. Does anyone know how many shares of the buyback have been bought so far? If not, I'll probably give them a call at some point.
