Toy,

You should have called me on the WebServer re-config :)

By the way, is that new NLM you have for DHCP configuration publicly available or do I have to beg for it? Actually there's a great article regarding setting up Small Biz Suite 5.0 to a DSL modem at:

novell.com

States you can download or obtain the software from Novell. Hopefully it will get into the next service pack!

By the way, with Enterprise WebServer you can setup virtual web servers too as well as tie access to the website to NDS authentication.

For a small to medium Biz, adding BorderManager to your setup would provide the extra benefits such as VPN, Content Filtering and Proxy caching services without breaking the bank. Too bad resellers and integrators are not pursuing this type of service/integration offering.

Hey, now that's an idea for Novell Consulting no? Better yet, buy the solution and Novell Consulting installs it (Novell can add an additional fee to the software for this). Would be nicer to see it via an OEM deal or partnership.

Basically a company could call in, order their hardware, choose NetWare as the OS, answer some basic questions regarding services to be provided on the network. The integration of the hardware, OS and services can be accomplished as a value-add to the sale of the hardware. Toss ZENworks for Desktops in and there's a complete network solution.

Then again, Dell is working this type of service into their offerings -

Dell e COM
dell.com

Wonder if they do Netware as an option.
