I believe Bay already has arsenal of remote access products and so the technology is duplicative to Bay.

I think the deal is very good for Bay. They basically bought the banana (DSP modem-high growth) and are spinning off the peel (remote access-tough sledding, loads of competition). After all, PNRL shareholders are going to get $10 in BAY stock plus one share of Access Beyond. PNRL is trading around 13 1/4 at this writing, suggesting Access beyond valued by market at whopping 3 1/4 per share...? (Please correct me if facts incorrect)

OTOH, I would be interested in seeing how Access Beyond's balance sheet will look after spinoff. Thought press release mentioned Bay will take on some liabilities; Access Beyond I believe will retain unrelated businesses which it plans to sell. Any thoughts here welcome. Maybe this thread can continue as discussion for Access Beyond viability...?

Regards
Mike
