My comments were not directed specifically at you but to the thread as a whole. My comments were triggered by your statement that:

I was essentially agreeing with you in principle in saying that neither cable or DSL was the solution.

I further implied that AOL and ATHM would be the major players.

On technology, I am saying that today's sushi is tomorrows yucky smelling stuff. I agree with your technology statements but I try to put technology in perspective. I think that we both agree and might state things differently.

Regarding leverage, in my opinion, it's best used in the early stages of a promising investment. I don't recommend leveraging an entire portfolio, nor do I advocate backing just one horse.

In any case, I use leverage from time to time, with care.

Regarding ATHM, I think it's time to back-up the truck.
