Diogeron, Keep in mind that earnings release is next week, it is the blackout period before earnings. A CEO/spokesman can't make any "leading" statements prior to earnings release. I did a search on Leo Hindery to do some background research. He has had quite a few positions over the last 5-6 years in the cable industry, seems he was quite a good/effective manager. Was able to turn around TCI and make it profitable it was then sold to his old company AT&T at value added price. Seems like his tenure is only about 2 years from recent past jobs, also seems that he likes to take on challenges, make things work then move on to newer challenges. JMO, BB
