There's a Price reversal taking 3 days, but the second days requirement of closing lower then first days close....Never Happened

I'm still trying to grasp this wiggle thing, but is this what you mean to say? I show the close on spoos Tuesday at 1452.7 (1454 high), and the close yesterday at 1440.3 (high 1459.5), which is a lower close. Am I missing something?

I gather from GZ that we didn't complete because we failed to close above the 1454 Tuesday high.
