Sergio. If you are looking at FON and SBC you might want to take a look at GTE (disclosure--I own it). Their share exchange into BEL is still favorable. When the merger completes (probably a few weeks) the combined company will have (I'm told on good authority) the world's largest wireless op. What is to be done with that entity which is already preliminarily formed and staffed is still up in the air. A spin-off is possible but issuance of a tracking stock is more likely. I'm trying to keep tabs on it to see if there is some way of benefiting from whatever transpires. Best regards, OH
