Did you see they have bought a timber factory. That factory alone made a post-tax net profit of US$1,803,000 last year(*70%?), while CHRB's Net Income of 95 was $2,305. So if we assume that factory will make the same this year (I think that is conservative), It is 50% gain.
This company buy a business instead of build a business. The bad thing about this is that the dilution we have seen, the good thing is that it will show profit at once.
