32% of earnings from the sale of investments. man, that looks like a huge slowdown in momentum. if they hadn't sold investments they would be a very sorry shape. can some one recheck that. it seems hard to believe. i took the 3 month gain from investments and divided it by the overall change in income between this year and last for the same 3 month period. the press release is on microsoft's web site. also noticed that oem sales were flat.
