*OT* Not an especially insightful post 'scnews', and
when I link over to the news article, instead I find
something about 7-eleven...
Based in Dallas, 7-Eleven operates more than 19,500 convenience stores around the world. For the three months ended December, revenues were 2.17 billion, and after tax earnings were 10.5 million
...although I suspect it was not your intent to steer
us to 7-11 <g>. Genset will mine the genome, and in time,
discoveries will lead to revenue and profits. The quickie
mart model is pretty good too, many tiny profits made
two bits at a time. You would think they could make
more than ten million from 19k stores, strange, what a
useless endeavour. |
