Sergio, "I figured out Flanders" Okay, I'm all ears!! First may I guess? Raymond James was the underwriter of a past stock issue. They downgraded the stock in March. The company picked up PW to sell the co. and R. James is selling stock they held from the overages from the stock issue. Am I close? Rules are made to be broken!! Ken
