What's New, from Company web site. golden-phoenix.com XXXXXXXXXX Steve has conducted several office presentations and field tours of the property to some people that are very interested in the property. Our stock has taken some bad hits this past month. We understand that a group in Cincinnati was severely shorting the stock and driving it down with the only intention of taking profit. The company fundamentals are still very sound, and we continue to get strong support. Our 1999 annual report is almost done and we are planning to hold our annual shareholders meeting sometime in early June. Steve will lead a field tour over Contact following the meeting for persons interested in seeing the property. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX sure would like to make the annual meeting.
