Bryan, I have come up with another crazy "Think Tank" idea... We all want SI to be wildly successful and continuous improve in the future. So, what are the potential constraints which will prevent us from achieving that goal? Obviously, management and web development talent is going to play a major role. Therefore, from the customer point of view, how can we help you keep this management and web talent? Talent costs money pure and simple. And we want our web developers and managers to be the BEST paid in the industry so they will stay at GNET working for our selfish desires on the SI site. :-) SI generates income through pay memberships and also through click through's of banners on the site. I THEREFORE PROCLAIM EVERY 20TH DAY OF THE MONTH AS SI BANNER CLICK DAY! LET'S ALL CLICK AWAY ON THE 20TH DAY OF EVERY MONTH AND GENERATE HUGE BUCKS FOR SI AND GNET!!!!! Michael
