Corporate Vision, Inc. to Elect Three New Directors

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 2000--Corporate Vision, Inc. (OTCBB: CVIA - news) announced today that Mr. Ray Hall, Chairman of the Board and Chief Operating Officer and Mr. Dale Ogden, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Board of Directors have submitted their resignations
effective April 30, 2000.

Mr. Hall and Mr. Ogden are resigning to pursue private endeavors and to be able to spend more time with their families. They both will retain consulting agreements to help with a smooth management transition to ensure current Corporate Vision projects are maintained on schedule.

Mr. Hall issued this statement, ``Both myself and Mr. Ogden would like to express our gratitude to the shareholders for their support during our tenure and the opportunities to participate in the operational turn around of Corporate Vision.' ``Ray and Dale have been invaluable to the
success of Corporate Vision as we have positioned the Company for success,' stated Keith Anderson, CEO and President, he added ``We regret their decisions to resign but, understand their desires to move on to new endeavors.' Anderson went on to say ``Mr. Joe Seibert has
accepted the position as the interim Chairman of the Board of Directors.'

Corporate Vision will be calling a special shareholder meeting before June 1, 2000, in order to allow the shareholders of Corporate Vision Inc. to choose interim directors for the 3 vacant Board Seats. These interim positions will be voted on for official confirmations at the upcoming Annual Shareholder meeting. The date for the annual meeting is still unannounced and will be released as soon as it becomes available.
