If MSFT really wanted they could have done 5.9 or 250 mill higher rev and 47c or another 4c in EPS (deferred increased by 265mill). I am not sure about stock moves but I think people need to look at the overall health of the company and need to be careful about being too pessimistic. Last 2 weeks of March were stronger. Stock is already way low
