You have to be kidding. Unless there is a dividend involved who would pay $45 for a stock they can buy on the open market Monday morning for under $45. Who knows, with MSFT earnings and reaction (so far) negative, they probably can buy A LOT CHEAPER. I've never been exercised when the price is even 1/16 over the call strike price. Maybe your experience is different, but I suspect people will see a down market coming next week.
