i thought they might have something to do with JDSU but i guess not. you are right about it being a device that can plug into your PC, but it looks more like an electrical box that hangs on the wall. it's an X-10 controller that can be programmed and will run off electrical wiring and run by voice (phone) IR intercom, point and click or time. contols phones, lights, heat/ac, stereo/TV, PC, security, watering systems, etc. has to have an IBM compatible PC to program it . $999.99 JDS is a private company and i could find out if they own the rights to X-10. they sent a huge color catalogue with tons of stuff in it, which tells me there's beginning to be retail market for this type of thing. she
