The "Rule of Hillary" is probably closer to the truth, IMO.

I believe Reno gets most of her "orders" from Hillary.
Either via Slick, or direct from the horse's mouth, so to
speak.

Back in 1997, when Hillary was beginning to reemerge from
hiding under her favorite rock after the Health-Care, and
other, felonious fiascoes, Joe Farah wrote an article about
her formative years. Of course, you'll never see any of
the media hacks question her about this hidden side of her
personna!
