Paradigm,
This is a tough one to call. Its not just a matter of looking at the patents. You need to review the patent file for both companies sets of patents. In addtion you need to review all the briefs and evidence at the trial.In my view at this point its a coin toss. I still like TKTX and will buy if they drop huge on a litigation loss.
