You answered "no".

I feel sorry for you... well, just a little bit anyway. I do not understand how you could enter any position, short or long, without an exit strategy.

If Dell should warn next week, the odds of which are zero IMO, you would be well advised to cover, as you were well advised by several here every time Dell went below 40 in the last year. I hope you don't leave it up to your heirs to deal with this little problem.
