softbank value is about 50 billions while cmgi is 19 if you take the value of yahoo and yahoo japan the are representing around 30 billions from softbank so softbank is only 20 billions without this 2 but i still see the value of softbank much higher than cmgi without yahoo japan and yahoo why?? softbank is on leading position in japan he owns 300 private company while cmgi 80. softbank also strong relation with cisco also he is leader in china while cmgi investing throug pacific centery.. softbank will lead the way in asia so i think thats why softbank on his remaining public co and private held should be valued more than cmgi plus nasdaq japan 2)) instituation was net seller before 31 march to book there profit before the end of japanese fiscal year and they did not bought back because of the slide in nasdaq and the sell of in hikari 3)shorting stock in japan is almost impossible due to the difficult regelation after 1985 crasch in nikkei and to short a stock you should have strong feeling that the stock is over value wich not the case till softbank reach 200 billions on value institusion will be strong buyers and also private pepole after the split time will tell .. and in end of may we will see how many upgrade will came because the instituation will recomend the stock after they purchase ml will do the upgrade this time and surly before 15 may and lets see sorry that i could not tell more
