Julius, hello,

What's you thinking about FBIOX? The fund is better than 40% off its highs, and while the Techs have taken a hammering, perhaps justifiably, I have heard that a robust year is still expected from the biotechs, especially those associated with the human genome project and those which have viable products in the revenue stream and FDA pipeline.

However, FBIOX has been conspicuous in its absence in your semi-weekly strength ratings, and discussions about opportunities. Perhaps that's related to assessment of the technicals. What's your gut feeling?
