Sue would mean that a solicitor would be putting his neck on the line for a frivilous lawsuit and in any lawsuit all of bully's and minefinder's posts would be included in any court proceedings...bully and minefinder would not risk such an appearance..but that is just my opinion...maybe you should consult RENO 2nd judicial.....
