And you survived. The whining doesn't become you, but I'm willing to overlook it. You're lucky. Some investors went to the funnyfarm, the poorhouse, or the home for wayward day traders!

And thanks for the compliment. That's what they said about AOL when I was buying it in the 20s, four splits ago. The Pair thread flamed me when I told them to back-up the truck because Pair was headed for 30. But you got to sell to make money when you go long--even if you have to sell to make money elsewhere!

I'm not angry. I thank the lord every day for the lessons I learned on the Pair thread. I made money on Pair! I had the sense to get out when the getting was good! Pairgain also taught me some valuable lessons about getting sucked into management's line.

Buy low... Sell high... but only buy good companies!
