It is a tactical reason, my turnips reading see a very difficult four to six weeks ahead of us, starting later next week at the earliest and by the first week in May at the latest. Including a retest (asnd breach) of the mid April lows.

I also feel that the next rally (strating mid to late June) will mark a cyclical top for the semi (but you know that, since I have stated this here a number of times <G>).
