What do the other slaves think of Tom? What does Castro think of his people? What do you think of Tom? What do you think of Castro's helpers? Should Elian be sent to this fate? Does Elian have the right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness? If no, then castro wins. If Elian does have these rights, then Elian should and ought to win.
